PROPERTY INSURANCE CLAIMS DURING COVID-19

Property Insurance Loss Assessment of claims during the current crisis is still continuing although much of it is now carried out remotely. We will still call to your property to discuss claims options and levels of cover, but this will only be done outside the building at a safe distance of 2m.

We will request that photos and measurements of damaged rooms are sent to us via email to stephen@stephenoconnor.info or WhatsApp 0876487466. Insurance companies are currently following the same level of service. At present, it is likely that An Taoiseach may impose the same level of ‘Lockdown’ that is in place across the water until then we will still visit your home (outside) to advise you.

Previously we requested that our clients sign documents on our ipads, but in keeping with the government’s recommendation, we are emailing all documents and request that you print, sign and email back.

We still assure the highest level of service in representing you the policyholder in your property claim against your home /business insurer.
